Our staff are not exactly the chipiest bunch at the minute. We have just come under new management and things have taken a turn for the worst and staff are not happy. Any suggestions on how I could turn it around?

It depends when you lie in the food chain. If you are relatively high up, I would speak to another person whom you can confide in, with a view to talking to your manager together.
If you are further down the chain of command, can you speak to your supervisor/manager?
Of course, if your line manager is the one causing the problems, you have to decide whether to deasl with it direct, or walk away.
That's the thing you see, it's management that are causing the problems and am unsure how to tackle it. I would so easily just love to walk away and would be the easier option but nobody is doing anything to make it better.
