I am investigating how to create a model for the pricing structure of an IT Support Contract. Does any one know where I can start with this? How do I work out a cost/charge per User, POS, Store etc...? Any examples welcomed...
It depends on the scope and cost of support required interms of time and other resources. Charge per hour or complexity of the task.
