We have two full time staff during weekdays , one doing the morning shift the other takes over in the afternoon. Then at the weekend we have a student who works both days with myself covering breaks and helping out on the shop floor if needs be.

So far there is only myself and my best friend rob who is my business partner. We haven't started trading yet so wont hire any extra staff for a while yet. Plus it will save us some money untill things get moving.
