I've deleted your duplicate post - there's no need to post in 2 different sections. Can you define 'Head of Retail' a bit more clearly?

This ranges from everything from Department Manager to Store Manager to Retail Director

Some key requirements are necessary
Field of expertise (drinks, grocery, trade, furnishings)
Level of expertise (Management, Director)

The role will be Head of Retail / Retail Director level, paying upto £50k. You will be responsible for 2 retail operations and approximately 15 staff members.
