How did your store score in your last mystery shop.?

We scored an 83% this time round which was a huge improvement on our last one where we didn't fair too well at all due to a member of staff we were having difficulties with . Needles to say their customer service was something else and since has been dismissed! I was really pleased with the outcome this time though .

I served a mystery shopper . Well from the report i'm guessing it was me that served her . Good job she got me on a good day as customer service is not exactly one of my strong points! Especially as if someone is going to be difficult it's usually me that attracts them . Considering I spend roughly five minutes a day on the till you would think it was unfair too.!!!

As I havent opened my store yet all I can say is that my customer service is excellent,and you wont find anyone better . ;)
