Rate your stores overall customer service. What would you give it out of ten? And where do you think your weaknesses lie.?

I may sound big headed but I believe that I offer an excellent customer service. It is about spending time and getting to know your customers and building that relationship with them. So I would rate myself as 8/10.

I would give us about six out of ten , There is definate room for improvement . Weekday staff are generally ok and give a good impression of what we would like our company to be. But I think we are let down by our weekend staff as they are students and this is not a part of their career plan and so don't put in as much effort as they probably should so I think more staff training is in order.

On the whole I would say that our store offers good customer service. Our till staff are very polite and curtious hopefully because of their training .On the other hand there is me who is very pleasent and smiles through gritted teeth as customer service is one of my weaker areas due to lack of patience.

Isn't that the truth. I was quite a calm and collected person till I was forced to work with members of the public :p
