Having been in retail management for 25 years I have a full and comprehensive understanding of corporate culture, responsibility and awareness. I am also aware of the importance of continual improvement that needs to be made whilst change occurs at many levels everyday of the year.
One of my major aims as a corporate and executive coach is to be able to give back time to leaders, managers, business owners and individuals who are so focused on everyday activities that their own personal development and the development of their teams is sometimes restricted, ultimately to the detriment of the business.
