If you don't have any experience on either websites, website design, and so on, then you are after a Managed Website
This is where you either employ someone to look after it, or contract a company to do so

For a small business it is more practical to find a friend or relative that can do this, for a small fee, or to source one of the employees that can do this
For a larger business they will normally have a small team, or in some cases just one person, responsible for all the ICT

If neither of these solutions is practical for you, then contact me via PM
I offer this service at discounted rates to members here

A typical basic website will cost you :
Domain Name, typically £5 a year
Webspace, typically between £20 and £150 a year
eMail (admin), typically between £0 and £50 a year (yes some companies do charge for this!)
Website page design, typically between £10 and £50 per page

I also offer a half-way-house
I will setup your Domain Name and webspace
I will then assist you at the beginning, advising how it all works (for free)
If I need to create any pages, I charge just £5 per page
After a few weeks you should be capable of looking after the website yourself, including the setup of eMail, so this will be great saving to you
I've already got two businesses that have been using this service since Christmas and one reckons he saved about £150 just on the webpage design side!
