Week 1
Girls won, no surprise
Anyone that sells a lobster for £5, well I needn't say any more

Yes, he HAD to go!

Week 2
Raef was an excellent Team Leader throughout
Anyone that offers cleaning for £5 per item, well I needn't say any more

Quite a surprise considering Jenny had made such a mess of their second task...
However, Jenny and Lucinda were more vocal, even if they argued throughout
Still if you are given a job then don't make it clear that things may go wrong if you leave, then you have to go!

I agree that she made a mistake but I thought that Jenny used bullying tactics with her "staff" and her management skills were appalling , so she should have definately gone.
Raef on the other hand has seriously gone up in my opinion but i'm still not sure if we have any strong contenders yet.

So we have just had week three. And the task was to run a pub with a themed menu. How hard can it be ?? Well, by both teams efforts, VERY !!!! I am not surprised that the boys lost , and i also think that it was the right decision even though our Dafyd lookalike was hugely irritating and clearly couldn't cook !!!

I agree that the right choice was made. However irritating Dafyd was , the guy who got fired ( who's name escapes me) , he let the so called expert chef take over and even let him summon the rest of the team and held a pep talk , even though he wasn't even the PM!!

It just shows you how different a Company Directors view can be!
I have to agree that Simon was awful, mind you Helene was even worse, but managed to make some money
Sir Alan has always said he prefers people from the losing team who stand up for themself in the board room, and I have to agree with that

However, there is a clear thread of incompetence in the candidates...
They are people with experience and knowledge, the tasks (so far) have been simple
It may well change, as per previous series, when the finalists actually have employees working for them!

Well if you don't take the person into the boardroom that resulted in your projects failure, then it's pretty inevitable that the Project Manager is going to get fired

Thankfully Margaret and Nick are starting to highlight the cracks in the candidates, but especially Margeret on this episode, just remember these...
In the only time she has worn her glasses to make sure she had a view of a model wearing a kilt during a photoshoot
