I've had previous dealings with BTE and Torex in the past. Both provide the kit though, as well as the maintenance.
What sort of maintenance are you looking for specifically?
Hi Richard
Thanks for your prompt reply.
We are looking to purchase some second hand Epson IR 700's the software isn't an issue. But we will require hardware maintenance cover in case of hardware failures.
Regards Andrew
If its for a single-site business I guess you'd need someone local to make it worth their while. Where are you based?

Why not try and source some used, unwanted, or refurbished units and then keep these as spares?
In the event of failure all you then need to do is either swap and replace the faulty components over, by Christmas Tree, or complete an entire swap and dispose of the faulty unit

As a hardware reseller it's generally not the doen thing these days.
any IT kit is generally bought with 3 years asset and most stuff comes with 3 years rtb warranty. A POS maintenance package costs around £250+ per year per till, so most tend to buy a 3rd spare till if they buy 2 for a site and use the 3rd as a training machine or hot swap machine.
Onsite support is generally a next day best endevours at best anyway. Having come from an engineering background the maintenance companies just dont always have the spares or the staff with the know how. Having spare kit that you can either ship to site pre setup or a till onsite as a hot swap/extra POS is better advice.
In the past 6 years I think we've sold 5 extended swapout warrantys and 1 onsite. People just dont by maintenance anymore.
