Hi All
I abit baffled as one minute im at the top of Google the next I am no where?
How can I get higher up?
And will a seo guarantee me on the 2nd page?
If it does then I would like to pay somebody but I haven’t got allot of money to pay out
Hope to hear from you soon

It depends on what words and phrases you have searched, to determine what your ranking is
The last time I looked at the source code for your website there were no instructions for a robot, so your website has been spidered and the spider is unlikely to revisit for another month

I presume by robot that you mean a kind of scout for a search engine, but what do you mean by instructions for a robot?
are there things that should be encoded so that it helps the robots?

The search engines visit your website, this is known as the spider
Your website instructs the spider about what to visit, this is known as the robot
Read up on robots.txt
Each page on your website then read for SEO text and META-TAGS
I also suggest you read up on these, as I could go on about these for hours!

Hi,
There are no guarantees with SEO and any company that 'promises' page 1 or similar should be avoided.
When Google reindexes its listings you will see your website jump around, until it settles down again usually after a few weeks.
The trick is to do some SEO stuff in between the Google dance so your website benefits and hopefully improves its position the next time.
We've an article on search engine marketing (http://www.internetretailer.biz/partner/search_engine_marketing.aspx?qsaid=146) which gives some basic tips on SEO.
I know wikipedia isn't possibly the best place for sources of info, but have you tried looking at the robots page there?

I'm sitting comfortably... :D
Robots are useful for preventing certain pages from being indexed but your best bet is to create a sitemap.xml (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=google+sitemap&meta=) file and upload it directly to Google.
Even doing this does not guarantee that every page you tell Google about will get listed.
