Hello Everybody,
I have a BFPO delivery service and I wish to begin attracting retailers (large, small and specialists).
Until now I been concentrating on the private customers that are in the military based overseas but now I wish to move towards the retail market.
What I need to know is the best way to go about getting to retails. I have tried emailing and calling companies but never seem to get anywhere. I have been aiming for the larger retails and apart from one who I am starting delivering for in the new year I just seem to get the run around.
Head office pass me to customer services, they pass me to deliveries, they pass me back to customer services. Whenever I mention that I would like to speak to the fulfillment manager, head of customer services or equivelant I just get given the run around.
I have got the details of the people in the higher echelon from either the websites or Companies House or just by doing a search on Google and sent them letters informing them of the service and...well, nothing.
Can anybody suggest anything that I can do to make retailers aware of the service? I would appreciate any help that you can give as I intend to get one retailer on board a week and it would be nice to have somewhere to start.
Thanks in advance for any help.
