Job Satisfaction

Is there anyone out there who can say that they get 100% job satisfaction? I would say I have about 80% .

How do you rate yours?

I would rate my job satisfaction at around 93 %most days. I was going to put 100 % but thought that that mite be too much .Well we have just opened our business a couple of months ago and I am really enjoying it.! After a slow and stressfull start I think now we are comfortable and doing well.

I don't think that you can have the same percentage everyday. You will get your excellent days which are productive and wonderfull which will score around 90% for me. And then you have mondays where you have to tidy up after the weekend staff , Mondays score around 40 % with me.

I have about 99.9% most of the time. It plays a huge part of my life and am happy when i'm at work.

My job satisfaction is sort of in limbo at the minute!! Some days its's fantastic and I would give it a near 100% , but lately there have been bad days where I would give it about 45%, due to managment and lack of staffing.
