Someone has just died and I think that kind of behaviour is awful!

I spent the werekend watching MJ Programmes including the awsome moonwalker and also listening to him on the radio!

Don't you think its amazing how many of his tunes made it into the top 40 this weekend? See this BBC News Article (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8123085.stm) - its amazing! I dont think we have seen the end of him yet do you?

It's a shame that MJ won't end up with a number one single, as people are buying from the back catalogue

It would have been better if the music industry had put something together to publicise ONE all time best selling single

On a plus note, at least MJ will have this weeks number one album (again!)
Sadly I already have a copy, and it's my favourite of all time, it's just a THRILLER

Its so sad, he is great - I've seen alot of people mocking him in the past and even now in the present which disgusts me.

Even in death he is still an Icon.

I don't know if anyone saw the BETA show - its was lovely for them to dedicate this to his life - Jamie Foxx was great.

And Janet was so brave to be there and make a short speach.

In all honestly I find it hard to believe all these stories about him and children! He was a bit weird sure but after watching all of the programmes about him and reading through all the lierature it just seems they wanted the money!

I agree with Abi! He is an Icon and will never be forgotten - his music will live on forever and inspire many more generations of musicians!

I have always respected and admired MJ as a musical artist
However, he got kind of stuck at the end of the 1980s and unlike other artists the music didn't really evolve
Effectively his most recent appearances were something like a tribute to himself, how big does your ego have to be for that!
Again, very little actual new work
Equally though I think he stopped releasing singles at about the right time
It would have been horrific to see such an artist releasing work for them not to even reach the top 50 in the charts

Maybe the pressure of successfully releasing a single that could compare to previous work is why he never did? Apparently there are rumours that there are un-released tracks????
