WOW I saw this last night and have to say it is great!

it was a great combination of comedy and action and a lil romance lol!

I loved the first movie and have to say that Y liked this one equally! Definately one of those that even after sitting through 2.5 hours of it you feel it ended too soon! Great movie will be buying this one for sure!

You're on a roll today m8 :D

I can afford to go and see it, but I'd need to apply for a loan if I wanted to buy a coke and popcorn at the cinema ;)

I go to CineWorld in Glasgow (the tallest cinema in the UK) and usually smuggle drinks and food in, but they are usually quite relaxed about it
However, don't try this at Odeon, they get really offended and have been known to refuse entry (even after you have bought and paid for tickets)

In the work I do, it's normally the other way round with people smuggling goods OUT of the premises, not INTO the premises

Last months worst has to be a M&S store, with a loss of £135,000 in 3 months
I spent two days there, viewing CCTV and till rolls
The following day three members of staff failed to turn up and four others were suspended with immediate effect
The store turned into a bit of a disaster as the entire Management team also had to be suspended...
Just a complete lack of control

God that is bad! How on earth does that kind of thing happen nin such a big company like that? Its amazing what you can uncover ina days work isn't it?

This is quite typical of large companies
An Area Manager up to their eyes in work and over loaded
A Store Manager that does the absolute minimum or can talk the talk
A Deputy Manager left to run it all but with minimal or no training

It therefore takes some time before the errors start to leak through, even though it could have been reported on previously that there may have been an issue

However, don't forget that is not a retail loss, it is a cost loss

Its crazy how things can get so out of hand like that! Structure is there for a reason but I guess when one piece falls apart the rest does too!
