Wow I can't believe that there are really up to 50,000 jopbs at any one time in this sector????? It seems like there are barely any jobs in my area?

Do you think there are certain areas where there are more jobs than others then?

I was really under the impression that retail jobs were few and far between at the moment due to the high volume of applicants that apply for every job????

Do you think its the same worlwide?

From what I have seen I don't think its all over. I have been reading about more people being laid off left right and centre, and its leaving me with an unsettling feeling.

lolz, Im glad it helped. It really opened my eyes a little. Its Good news if you think about it, and i think thats what we need more of. not this gloom and doom we're getting from the media.

I agree guys this is definately a positive thing! Just weird how I haven't seen it in certain areas etc etc...

Maybe all the ujobs are in certain areas of the UK?

I think it isnt area specific, and i think a lot of it might be in larger cities rather than small towns.

I have just been on holiday and got back on Friday and I must say - there are tonnes of jobs in our town in retail at the moment! They are hiring for xmas already!!!! How crazy is that?

lol me too. I can never sleep comfortably if it isnt my bed. :D the rest, I could live without.
