I think I need a PA

I was looking at a previous thread on here asking about how yuo all manage your time. Well quite frankly i'm rubbish at it, and was wondering what you lot think about hiring a PA? And any suggestions on the best way for me to go about getting one?

No not really. I am at management level . I probably don't need one. That was a thought i'd had after a really hectic week

you don't need a PA! Just get a diary and get focused and you'll be fine.
