Just made myself a brew to keep me going until the small hours, and for sme reason haven't put enough sugar in it!
So... how many sugars do you take in your tea/coffee?

Depends on the size of the cup or mug really!
Not sure if you understand, but sugar can't give you a "hit" so pointless if you want to be "wired all day"
For that you need to increase the strength of the tea or coffee...
M&S do "strong tea bags", and believe me if you leave it long enough then the spoon can stand vertical!
I have one in Coffee and none in tea :D
Im into the stonger tea bags too but we get ours from Sainsbury's - Orange box kenya tea or something - I went off tea for ages until I tasted these! They are definately worth trying!
Speaking of tea - Im gonna make a brew now and have a biscuit as well hehe!

Apologies, that should say : "EXTRA STRONG TEA BAGS" above
I have a contract with M&S, and noted that staff are NOT permitted to use "M&S own brand - Extra strong tea bags" (in a red with blue flash box) before or whilst at work...
They then showed me why by giving me some to take home
I then had them the following day, as usual in the morning
I was still awake 24 hours later!
The rest went straight in the bin
M&S have now withdrawn this product
