I am soon going to be going on a major recruitment drive for the summer. Recruitment is something that I have never really had to deal with before. Are there any key pointers to make sure you are hiring the right people, as I am worried that we will end up hiring the usual summer type staff. which I would really dislike. How can you tell if the person you are interviewing is not only able to talk the talk, but also be able to perform well.
