the heat is melting all my chocolate!!!

Hi guys. In our store we have air con, we have reduced the amount of stock we are putting on our shelves but I still end up binning alot of my stock as it gets spoiled by the heat. Any suggestions?

Yes it does, as I work in a train station made of glass, so it's a bit like a green house. I've asked management about this but it's not in our budget or something. I was just wondering if you had any quickfire solutions?

I had the same problem. So what I did was to do a bit of a reshuffle. I decided to swap the Isle facing the chillers, which was home to crisps, with my confectionary isle.

That's quite a good idea, and very cost-effective.
