Broadband is driving me insane!!!

We are with a certain internet provider at work, and we have had nothing but trouble with them. The internet is constantly either going slow or just not working at all. Even after numerous call outs it still is only a short amount of time before it all goes wrong again! Can anyone recomend another company that I can use?

I use Virgin Media at home and BTE at work.
