It is a big difference yes. Most companies dont like doing so many things at the same time. But if they've planned it out properly, and have the resources to do it, then its worth a try.
lol why they didnt use different author to start off with is beyond me![]()
Well known authors, a few come to mind but deffs not Jackie Collinsid fancy some Georgette Heyer novels made into movies, i like the 18th century novels quite a bit, got some detective and historical romance to them, and then the horrors but most of Stephen Kings books have been done already onto film so scratch that idea
another good author is Joanne Harris one move has already been made from a novel of hers called Chocolat which featured Johnny Depp, so more of those would be a treat id say, maybe we should give tesco some novel ideas hehe excuse the punn

Maeve Binchy
Emily Bronte
Oscar Wilde

Virginia Andrews (Flowers in the Attic and the rest of the series)

Yeah SallyA, i also read those books quite a number of years ago, but they were really good books i must say and i think good material for movies, i wonder if we could put our ideas to Tesco on their website or something???![]()
Maybe i should go check out their website and see if there is a suggestion box there somewhere hehehe
Could be a good idea. If they knew people were actaully going to buy the movies after they have been made.
And buy enough to make up for the amount of money they had to spend making it in the first place. Suppose it will mean more work for the actors out there looking for their big break.
