It is a big difference yes. Most companies dont like doing so many things at the same time. But if they've planned it out properly, and have the resources to do it, then its worth a try.

lol why they didnt use different author to start off with is beyond me

Well known authors, a few come to mind but deffs not Jackie Collins id fancy some Georgette Heyer novels made into movies, i like the 18th century novels quite a bit, got some detective and historical romance to them, and then the horrors but most of Stephen Kings books have been done already onto film so scratch that idea another good author is Joanne Harris one move has already been made from a novel of hers called Chocolat which featured Johnny Depp, so more of those would be a treat id say, maybe we should give tesco some novel ideas hehe excuse the punn

I guess well just have to wait and see.

Wot titles would you like to see made into movies? For me, Id say:

    David Eddings
    Maeve Binchy
    Emily Bronte
    Oscar Wilde

    to name a few

That would be a good idea i think. It will also be a good way to advertise the venture as well, and get a public opinion about it as well.

Could be a good idea. If they knew people were actaully going to buy the movies after they have been made.

And buy enough to make up for the amount of money they had to spend making it in the first place. Suppose it will mean more work for the actors out there looking for their big break.
