Will Tesco’s new venture create more jobs?

Well that's another thing hopefully they wont be using some cheesy unknowns to play the main roles of these movies, cause that's bound to be a royal flop, if they want it to be a success they will need to use well known actors and that's going to be a bit pricey don't you think Poppy?

I dont know but im beginning to think this is going to cost them more and not add to profits unless the sales are extremely good.

Think about this people go to dvd shops to rent movies as they have all the new releases etc, will people now be trading that in to get dvds at Tesco stores instead?

The only way it could work is if these new movies are first of all well done, made according to public demand is as far as titles go, price is right and are exclusive to Tesco stores, not to be found in any dvd stores, then id say it could really be a success. I could go into marketing or advertising hehehe
