    Default e-Novations EPOS

    Hi,

Has anybody had any dealings with e-Novations? We've been having lots of problems: broken equipment, training cancelled without any notification.

    Really poor service.

Can't recall ever having heard of them before
What sort of contract do you have with them?
Sadly as a business you are not covered by the Goods and Services Act, quite often the only way to resolve a dispiute is legal action, termination of contract, or find a new contractor

    Hey, m8internet,

    They appear reputable enough:

We have a contract for a single terminal and training. But they're incapable of honouring even this simple contract, so I'm astonished they can run their business worldwide!

You will need to refer to your contract

This will outline what YOU are paying for and what level of service to expect
It should also outline what YOU receive when things go wrong

Equally, if you are paying for something and NOT receiving then look elsewhere

You really need to pass this dispute over to your legal representative sadly, so that the contract can be disputed and probably terminated, plus any costs recovered

    Angry Avoid like the plague

We were sold a system and paid 3k.

Support is in India, crap and you cant understand a word

They then sprung on us a renewal fee that we have to pay every year. No mention of this on any documentation or on any sales documents. We were not told about this when we ordered either.

    A little underhanded.

    Avoid, avoid, avoid.
